Board Rules
Failure to follow these posted rules in their entirety will result in disciplinary action leading up to/including full bans. General Posting Guidelines 1. Cross posting Please post your topic to one forum only. If it needs to be moved, alert a moderator. 2. Language Please keep the use of offensive language to a minimum or none at all. We are here for people of all ages, and want everyone to feel comfortable. It will be allowed in the 18+ forum as long as it stays in the 18+ forum. 3. Topics Please stay on topic. We try to minimize spamming and out of topic posts. 4. Adult Content/Unsuitable Material No adult content of any type, including images or depictions in any open forums. Kids visit these forums, and there are plenty of other places to talk about these topics. Pornographic material or hate links or support material for racism will not be tolerated. 5. 18+ Section We have private rooms for adult topics. Should you wish to join this section, just PM an admin with your age to ask for access. 6. Junk Posting/Spamming No posts just to post. This includes topics like 'let's tell a story post by post' as well as tacking on garbage to the end of a thread that has ended. Spamming the boards is not allowed; including advertisements and ridiculous web site links. 7. Name Calling/Attacks In any way, personal attacks against other members or name calling, verbal abuse, starting offensive topics. This includes talking about groups of people, not just individuals. 8. Hate Speech No hate speech. This will simply not be allowed. 9. No Harassments. Harassing members is not allowed...i/e using PM or email to harass a member, racism, spreading lies about/slandering another member; swearing, baiting, insults and attack on members. Dropping things in the forums just to stir the waters will not be tolerated. 10. Topic Changing No derailing of threads because you don't agree with their content. If you don't like what you read, find a different thread. Don't take it off topic just because you don't like it. 11. Speak in full English. We don't want shortened words or slang on this forum. Try to stick to full and proper English. 12. Don't question the moderators' decisions. Please respect their final decisions. Closing, deleting, or removing posts, topics, pictures is up to them. If they feel it needs to be done then respect that. Arguing with them only gets you warnings and banning. PM a moderator if you have any questions. 13. No posting other people’s work. This forum is to show off and help people with your own work, not other people's posing as your own. If you do show someone else's stuff, please cite the creator. If you don't follow this rule you will have your warn meter put up. 14. Follow forum Rules. Before you enter a competition or post in a forum, make sure to check if that forum has rules first and make sure you follow them. If you don't, your post or topic will be deleted or closed. 15. Actions Don't be stupid. If you can't be mature, find somewhere else to post. 16. PM/Private Messages and Emails Community Leaders can not view your messages; this is your personal and is respected. PM-ing members to advertise any other forums or sites are not tolerated. Advertising own forum/site on signatures We're sorry but we do not allow all members to add any forum/site links on their signature, unless it was discussed with the moderators. However, we have a special board for you where you can add or affiliate with us, provided that you follow our rules regarding this. You can find our "Plug your Forum/Site" board under the Computer/Internet/Forum Support board. 17. Be Nice! We are here to have a good time and to have fun. We like to promote a family/friendly atmosphere, and avatars that disrupt this will be removed or we may ask you to change it. AVATARS: Animations Animated avatars are welcome but if it distracts from the main content of a post and members, it will be removed or we may ask you to change it. Remote Hosting Please use a host that can handle our traffic and load. Make sure your avatar host knows this and that it won't be a problem. Some of our members and community leaders know good hosting sites; you are free to post on our Suggestions board. Avatars should NOT load slowly. When problem occur, please PM an admin. Size Please do not use an avatar larger than 150x150 pixels, and no larger than 20KB. Avatars over these sizes won't be accepted. Text Do not spoof or post misleading text in your avatar, or it will be removed. SIGNATURES: Images Any images you choose for your siggy are welcome but please do not use over-rated images, they distract from the main content of a post and our teen members. Sizes Please do not use a signature image larger than 500x170 pixels. Preferred size is 480X150 or less. BBCode Please do not use too many BBCode tags like [] or "quote" in your signature, they distract from the text of the post. Disclaimers Changes The administrators reserve the right to add, modify, or remove any of these rules at any time. Rule changes apply to past, current and future posts. Disputes Administrators have the final say in any rule dispute. Consequences One Infraction You will receive a warning. Two Infractions You will have your forum account suspended for one week.
