OMG. I started taking Evening primrose Oil again after god knows how long. It's spossed to curb my insanity so to speak . lol
Not to mention my skin , hair and nails feels gourguz!!

I have a bad liver, which in turn symptoms are Cronic Fatigue Syndrome.
Ive put on a little weight, and Im still smoking.

What is it that I should be focusing on and is there a suppliment as well as an awesome food group of which I might be able to stomach?

I stand by the notion that being seen talking to ones self is a view. And for one to say it out loudly.,. Is just a second opinion.,. a verbal conformative noise. An external conscience so to speak,
so if ya see me chatting don' t disturb me.,. we will figure it out!
